Default G4 with \"AGP\" or \"PCI\" card?

Apple offers G4/400 & G4/450 computers with an "AGP" card. They offer the G4/350 with a "PCI" card. Is it safe to go ahead with an "AGP" equipped G4/400-450 model or are we restricted to a G4/350 "PCI" computer?
