Initialization error code: -7

Please help! I tried to open pro tools 9.05 yesterday and got this error: Initialization error code: -7. followed by a prompt to close the application (the application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000142. click ok to close the application). as of today i have reinstalled all avid software PACE drivers and such a few times now with no success. if any of you could shed some light on a possible fix or the problem in general that would be very helpful. thanks in advance.

Ι got the same problem since yesterday ..the repairing didn´t work either did the reinstallation- did you get any other feed back of how to resolve this problem, ? If please let me know- thx

Did 9.0.5 ever work on your computer? Have you tried updating your interface driver?(what interface are you using)?. Where is your separate recording drive?(Sandra shows only the C: drive). I see you have 3 sticks of RAM. Does that motherboard allow for triple-channel RAM operation? If not, you might get better performance by removing 1 stick and running dual channel mode(using 2 slots of the same color). Do you have a drive image from before you installed 9.0.5? If so, I would roll back to 9.0.3 or whatever the last version you had working
