For me it's under a tab called 'PT10 + CPTK to PTHD11 (Download)'.

Default ProTools 10/11/12 is gone from my account
Hi guys:

Yesterday I was going to renew my Pro Tools annual subscription plan and when I clicked "Buy" it says that I'm not able to buy the Renew because I don't own a support plan (?)

After that; I noticed that my PT12 licenses was gone from my account and it says:

No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs.

I realized other users are in the same situation. Is there a solution?

Same here, but when I try to renew it, it says I have an "incompatible product in my cart"

Still nothing in my account. No v12.5. No v12 versions at all.

No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs.

Funny how Studio One alerted me of a new update yesterday and I was able to download straight away.

I STILL don't have v12.5 or any other v12 links in my account. I've emailed support but no reply. I've gone via the store chat who said they would escalate it but I've heard nothing. Absolutely terrible.

I can't believe Avid have failed to acknowledge that there is an issue and are ignoring all support requests. Really bad.

Same here. No Pro Tools 10, 11 or 12 installers available and no answer with a solution for the problem.

Since the arrival of 12.5 I don't have any V12 downloads in my account. I am on 12.4 now.


My account - good for another few months upgrade plan is saying:

Pro Tools Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 update

No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs.


All the other tabs are fine but without any V12 links...

Anybody with similar problems has that fixed already?
