Default Carbon Jitter Specs

I would like to know the jitter specs of Pro Tools Carbon. I am connecting Carbon to a UAD 8. I have a Black Lion Micro Clock MKIII XB external and would like to know if the jitter specs of the Carbon are better than the Micro Clock MKIII XB. The jitter specs for the Micro Clock MKIII XB are 0.6pS RMS (BNC outputs).

Thanks!

I'd like to know this as well. I haven't seen it spec'd.

Presumably what you also want to know is what is the actual jitter at the converter if you clock the Carbon from the Micro Clock MKIII XB?

Many of us have stopped caring about this, with modern nice system having such low jitter. Avid talking about JetPLL in Carbon would imply it's not going to be an issue, but still a spec would be nice to know, reassurance that nothing got messed up.

And be careful comparing jitter specs I don't see clarity from Black Magic about what exact measurement they are quoting. So going to assume that's cycle jitter (should be to be that good). The Avid Sync X spec for jitter for example is 1 ms period jitter measured per AES-12id-2020.

Any and all information would be helpful. I have yet to do an actual recording and listening test using both options.

Thanks for the replies!
