Does The Massenburg EQ work on The Venue?
Its TDM and available for Windows, so I guess it should work?

Yes, the Massenburgs work like a charm on the Venue. I use them a lot as system eq's and on vocals. I think it is one of the best sounding eq's on the (plug-in) market. I currently use version 2, and I believe they introduced stereo versions in the newer version 3.

Be aware of the latency: they introduce a bit more compared to the standard EQ3...

It has the highest ultimate sound quality, transparent filters high/low pass and smoothest parametric EQ but it is more latent than most. If you want something similar but less latent Sonnox EQ is a great alternative.
