Default DUC Change to Read Messages ?

I used to come to this forum and any new messages that I had not read had red folders on the left and those I had were yellow. Since about a week or two ago all posts show up yellow so it's harder to tell what I have read. Is there some way I can fix this ?

Thanks

This happens to me if I've bookmarked a specific message and go back to that as my return point. If you are using a bookmark in your browser, try editing the url in the bookmark to http://www.digidesign.com/conf

More likely though, is a problem with your cookie that stores information about your last visit. (cookies must be enabled to get the function you want)
Click on Preferences in the User Conference and read the information at the top regarding corrupted cookies. (half-baked by evil elves perhaps)

To delete cookies:
In IE 5 -
go to Preferences/Receiving files/Cookies. The User Conference cookies and the rest for our site are listed under "www.digidesign.com"

Similar procedure in Netscape, but I switched to IE with the v5 release.

After you delete the cookies you can go back into your preferences and choose to have the DUC remember your login and choose the number of days posts to display. This rebuilds your cookie file.

Actually, there's a "Click here to delete all cookies set by this forum!" link in your DUC preferences, so you don't need to do it via the browser prefs.

I had changed my bookmark to go straight to the Digi 001 forum instead of the DUC main page first. I just switched back to going to the DUC main page first and now red folders are back. Thanks.
