10.3.4 Download?

I can't seem to find the PTEX 10.3.4 installer anywhere online. I'm running the 10.3.3 provided by inMusicbrands on disk and their website. The 10.3.4 Info & Downloads page states the following: "Registered owners of Pro Tools Express can find installers at: Avid Account > Your Products".

I don't have any downloads available. Is there a step I'm missing in order to gain access to the PTEX 10.3.4 installer? I have PTEX installed, registered, and running on my system. If not, is there some way I can get access to the installer?
