For some reason no Pro tools 8 le files have been able to open on my pro tools 8 mpowered... it starts loading up fine then pro tools crashes right before or right as everything loads up... how can i solve this issue?

Help us Help You - READ THIS Before Posting!
We need a lot more information from you. Please read the link above and post a Sandra report. There are a lot of possible causes for this. Perhaps you have incompatible plugins, or there are plugins in the session that are causing issues. Is it just the one session, or all sessions? Are the sessions on an external drive? Thumb drive? What format is the drive? Try holding shift while opening the session, that may help to prove if plugins are indeed the issue. What exact version of Pro Tools are you running? 8.0.x?
