Pro Tools First Not Responding

I have just downloaded the Pro Tools first software, and after having activated the software via iLok onto my laptop, I try to launch it however it continually bounces in the dock. If I right click on it, it says "Not Responding". My laptop has top of the range RAM and graphics card . Its specs are as follows:
2.6GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
Intel Graphic 630 1536MB
32GB DDR4 RAM

Does anyone have any fixes for this?
