Unsure, is 10.1.3 good for any "old" PT10 installation?
I'm just unsure, I started out by upgrading to PT10 from 9.0.x and then applied 10.0.1 when it arrived. 10.0.1 showed up in my account at the AVID store. I'm not using any special hardware ...
Now it seems that 10.1.3 would upgrade any PT10 installation, but I does not show up in my store account (still showing 10.0.1). Is 10.1.3 applicable to a PT10 installation without any AVID hardware? I'm running Mac OS 10.6.8 ... |

You will be fine. Install 10.1.3 over top of the existing Pro Tools installed. 10.1.3 is an Updater.

I second that. Any prior version of 10 will update to 10.1.3.... So far its working good..

Re: Unsure, is 10.1.3 good for any "old" PT10 installation?
Big improvement here! 10.1.2 was a nightmare, 10.1.3 update has cured "most" of the issues for me! I think a parallel issue has been that I use an 002R which I think because of its age (mine is 7 or 8 yrs old!) it is having some FireWire issues even though I had mine upgraded by Black Lion Audio a few years back I think it's time to think about a hardware upgrade and it might be a UA Apollo for me in the not too distant,,,

good to hear 10.1.3 working well with 002R - mine is about same age, almost thought it had died a couple of months ago, but came right with a reinstall of the 002_003_v90 drivers
