When using the 'auto' button on this plug-in to transfer parameters between enabled/disabled, none of the parameters show, and also the plug-in seems to have a predisposition to revert back to factory default randomly on restart of sessions.

Is this a known issue? Does it happen across the board or is it limited to certain versions of PT? Is there a cs that fixes it?

We are on PT 7.4 cs.10 running on Mac OS 10.4.11

See THIS thread, a few threads below yours. It contains a possible fix that involves trashing a separate Waves preferences folder.
