Best Auto Tune Plug-in
I've never used any of these plug-ins before. I was hoping you guys could help me out and let me know which ones you thought were the best?
I have seen Anteres Auto-tune 4 and Waves has an auto-tune that is in a bundle package (i think). How are these? Thanks, TBF |

Re: Best Auto Tune Plug-in
for my usage, Melodyne Cre-8 does the best. for pitch, formance and
timing editing, i believe this is the best out there. it's different from autotune in that it's an editor .. not a plug-in (per se). while autotune does have some manual editing capabilities, i find melodyne's to be alot more controllable and with far fewer artifacts. if you got PT as part of a bundle package, it's likely that you also got Melodyne Uno with it. Uno is pretty much the same internals as Cre-8 and Studio, just limited in the number of tracks it can handle. for more info on Melodyne, see: http://www.celemony.com jeff ps: the recent version of Melodyne is cogniscent of PT regions and spot modes. |
