Insert Time playlists question

I have a question regarding "Insert time" function.

I had to insert time on a session. (8bars)
It would only move the regions on the main playlists. So I changed the track view into playlist view and performed the "insert time" one more time.
Now all the regions in alternate playlists do move with the main one, which is very cool. thanks Digi.

now my question-
do I have to make all the tracks active and put them into playlist view in order to insert time without getting a mess with regions in playlists?

Or is there any easer way to insert time without activating all the tracks and switching them to playlist mode?

no, that is how you must do it.
Thank heaven we can now do this. Its been needed for years.
