Academic Eligibility is on hold - not my fault here guys
Hello. My academic eligibility is on hold with Avid, but I checked with identit-e and everything is in order until 8/2020. It even shows this in my account here on Avid. I'm trying to figure out which support area to go to here. Anyone know? If I have a PT subscription, can I call Avid?

I'm assuming this means no one from Avid monitors these forums and can help. Thanks anyway

Sorry about the trouble, has this been solved yet?
Online support is provided through the Access the Support Center link in your Avid account or the Contact Support link in the support section of our website for activation/registration issues. Phone support is also available for more urgent issues.
