Default Anyone using a Command 8 with an S6 for proper plug in flip?

Has anyone tried this? I think they can both be used together because the Command 8 is midi. I would like to keep the Command 8 in flip mode so when the S6 opens a plug in gui the command 8 flips the parameters of that plug in to faders. Anyone know if this will work?

It will work apart from this
Plug-Ins Edit mode is not allowed on MIDI controllers when Ethernet control surface is connected

Plug in edit mode is flip, right?

Flip is swapping a row of knobs with faders.

As mentioned above, Command8 will not be able to control plugins while an ethernet control surface such as S6 is active in Pro Tools.
