Default 2015 macbook pro / PT 10 (11 or 12) question...

Just wondering what is the most amount of simultaneous analog inputs and outputs on a MBP 2015? And which interfaces can do this?

For PT non-HD you have a max of 32 ins and outs. There are a number of interfaces that can do this and listing those isn't going to be easy - you'll have to do your own research on that. Why do I say that? It depends on what you need to make the connections. Do you have a mix of analog and digital I/O? Do you need all analog I/O? All digital?

A lot of this track count business is going to also depend on what the connection is between the interface and the computer - FW800, USB2/3, Thunderbolt are the contenders here. Also the amount of tracks is going to depend on how you have your system setup like do you have a separate drive for PT to record to? Trying to use the system drive and max track counts will be sure to give you issues.
