Default Error logging into Avid - Email locked

I am having a problem accessing my account to purchase the PT11 upgrade. It says that my "Your email address is locked and cannot be used in Avid Store. If you believe this is by mistake, please contact Customer Support team".

Has anyone had this problem before? Why would this be happening?

We've had this reported by a few other users as well and are looking into it. If you haven't activated anything in that account please try creating a new account (new email address) otherwise it's best to contact Customer Care by phone (select the Registration/Activation option) or start a Registration Case.
