Default Buffer Underflow/CPU usage warning PT 10 Mbox pro 3

I am using a Win 7 PC. Previosuly I was using PT 0 with the Mboc Pro 3 without issue running very large session. I recently upgraded to PT 10 and have had a string of problems. The latest is with the buffer underflow or CPU usage warning.

In a session that I was experimenting using 32 bit, I get either message always in the same place at the end of the song. This is a small session with few tracks or plug ins and there is nothing major like lots of edits happening at this spot.

I have done the Win 7 optimizations. I noticed there were people with a similar issue on macs that found a work around by creating a custom PT Aggregate I/O

The system has been working fine on PT 8 MP and PT 9. It is only when using PT 10 that I started to have any resource issues and this one while using 32bit is particularly strange.
