Playback Engine Trouble

I just downloaded Pro Tools. When I tried to set up the playback engine, the driver for my ur44 interface was not listed in the dropdown menu. I've downloaded the driver and installed it. I've got an HP computer with Windows 10, i7 processor, 64bit, 16 GB ram. I'm lost here. Please help.

1-how is the UR44 connected? If its USB, you should check that the Power Management feature is turned off for all USB ports(aka USB Root Hub in Device Manager)
2-open Control Panel>Sound>Properties. Look at what the Windows Default Playback Device is set to. If its set to the UR44, change that to the onboard sound card(leaving the UR44 for Pro Tools, only)

After trying the suggestions albee mentioned, try holding down the N key while PT starts, which will force a hardware refresh and may help to show your interface in the playback engine.
