Default PT12 Keyboard Optimisation Guide

Hello,

A while back there used to be an optimisation guide for fixing conflicting keyboard shortcuts between the OS and PT. I can't seem to find an updated one anywhere? It's not in the Sierra Optimisation Guide. I'm a bit stumped.

Would someone please be able to point me in the right direction?
