Digi 002: blank channel scribble strips after powering on
Hello fellow Digi 002 users. It appears that my 002 may have given up on me. After a couple months of non-use I powered it up and the channel scribble strips were blank on the 002 control surface. After turning it on and off a couple times, still no change. The next day I turned it on and it worked for a brief minute then went back to blank scribble stips and no response. My Powerbook G4 and Pro Tools LE 6.2.2 could not communicate with the control surface on account of this problem.
Anybody know if this is fixable?

Contact Technical Support (650-731-6100) about this issue, and have the serial number of your unit available. It would also be best if you called while you have access to the 002.
