Default Couldn\'t Load Video Engine (?)

Its been one of those Pro Tools days from hell. I've had a bunch of problems and ended up completely reinstalling Pro Tools/24 , ver 5.1.1 on my Power Mac 9500, OS 8.6. When I launch the program I am getting the message:

Couldn't load video engine dll. Check to see if SVI.CF is in your Extensions Folder

The only option it gives me is to click "Ok" and the program continues to launch. Next, I get this message:

This copy of Pro Tools AV Option requires authoriztion to run. Please insert the key diskette.

I am not wanting to run an AV version of Pro Tools. I just want to run version 5.1.1. What should I do?
