EuControl Softkey Display Bug - Can't read text

Eucon 19_12_1_23 - softkey displays are all Black - for every section - see attachment image

It is possible to switch to icon/text view which will make the background white and the text will be readable temporarily but switching to other sections will revert the button view back to black on return.

ALSO,
I did a complete uninstall of EuControl including prefs and reinstalled EuControl - The issue is still present.

Yes we see this too and will fix for 20.1 in January

Thank you. I am having this same issue on my Mix & Control.

Also, when I use the iPad control App, I get errors from EuCon about my ip address, and then it disconnects my two work stations. States my app is not the most current version even though it is. I have to reboot to get them back fyi.

I would do a full uninstal including prefs (using the installer) and reinstall first. Also what are the ip addresses of the WS, Control and Mix?

Thank you for the quick reply. I think I can get by until the new 20.1 version in Jan will be released. Will do a clean uninstall and re-install then. I won't use the ipad app until after then also.


Regarding the ip address issue, I did not screen shot the error, I should have. I have been good with both controllers and my static router until this recent update. I will check my ip addresses, I feel that after the clean uninstall/reinstall with 20.1, I should be good.

I would like to add that editing Transport wheel commands on the softkeys in this new Eucontrol has broken Horizontal Scroll (eucon command). Reloading saved XML file restores it. Couldn't get Move Selection to work either.
