PT 2018 does not recognize activated DigiLink license on iLok3

Pro tools does not recognize purchased & activated iLok3 DigiLink license.

When I try to change playback engine to HD Native - it is grey out and italicized & reads - HD Native Thunderbolt ("Pro Tools DigiLink i/o" License not found)
I tried:
APPLICATION MANAGER -

• Uninstalled/reinstall PT
• Uninstall reinstall HD driver
• Moved Digilink license back to cloud
• Reactivated license on iLok3
• Formatted drive reinstalled macOS
• Reinstalled PT/iLok

Digitests all look good - latest firmware and all pass.

APPLICATION MANAGER -

• Does NOT show my DigiLink License anywhere (if that is a clue)
• Licensing Tab shows Pro Tools NOT Activated
• Account Tab shows correct subscription plans

Other applications can output through the 192.
Hd Driver is installed.

Seems that Pro Tools is just not accepting the iLok License and not unlocking the "DigiLink" feature.

To use HD native card, you need a Pro Tools ultimate license. I’m only seeing regular Pro Tools from your pictures.

BScout is correct.
You need a Protools Ultimate license to allow the Digilink IO license to be seen.

This KB might say Protools HD, which we all know is now Ultimate.

Or any HD license like HD 10 / HD 11 and HD 12 will work.

Digilink only needed from PTHD 12.6 and up.

At 10.13.6 the OP can not go back to 12.5.

We have 12.4 HD running on a 10.13.5 or .6 Macbook Pro late 2013 and it works great! Where did you get that from?
