I tried that.
Sync/repair will move the (old) HD10 to the "unavailable" folder. So this may not be a good advice.

DO NOT HIT SYNC REPAIR!!! I had this same problem and my HD 10 license bundle was deleted! It worked before I tried the suggested fix.

Anyone have any idea how to get in touch with ilok other than a "general issue" support ticket?
