Need Help with AIR Structure - Creating a patch from imported samples

Well, this went from bad to worse. After trying to update Structure, and having it not work, I discover that Structure is no longer available either in Pro Tools or as VST. Finally got hold of support at AIR with a guy named Chris. He tells me that the error is just some general Windows error, so that was of little help. He said he doesn't see anyone else reporting any issues with upgrading either. So, I don't get it. None of it makes any sense!

Anyways, he had me uninstall Structure, and then he's sending me the full program so I can re-install it. Hopefully that will work.

Also, 12.0.7 is really only adding some functionality relative to VIP, which I don't use, so its not necessary to upgrade ANY of the IEP VI's unless you're using that.

5-6 attempts at downloading from the Dropbox link that the AIR support person sent me, and I still can't get it. Goes to about 90% done, then just fails.

The link above is, apparently ONLY for the AIEP 3.0. There's no place I can see to download just Structure 2.0.7

Now, I won't be able to work on any of the stuff I was going to this weekend, because I'm completely without Structure.

AIR is the ONLY plugin provider where I encounter these kinds of issues. So frustrating!!!

Okay, I downloaded this. Click on it, but all it wants to do is install the sample libraries. Those I have. Is there not a single file program to just install the Structure plugin ONLY. Do I need to download all 5 of these? it looks to me like its the whole factory library, and NOT the actual plugin.

Why is this so damn difficult? I'm sorry to be so stupid, but none of this makes any sense to me. All I need to do is install the Structure update.

that's why (unfortunately - definitely!) a Full Installation is required ....
