Default Falcon sound bank installation question

Hi again.

After all the panic with the payment procedure today I finally installed Falcon. Unpack the sound library that came as a car and now comes the next barreer:

I have to place the soundbank in the folder:

/Library/Application Support/UVISoundBanks

I located the library folder but there is no subfolder in it named Support and I see only files that don' t match the info in the location mentioned.

The sound bank needs this specific location for Falcon to work properly but I can' t find it. Mac nitwit needs someone to take him by the hand

The soundbank can be placed anywhere. You just need to navigate to it one time from within Falcon and it will remember where you put it. I have mine on a dedicated drive, as well as many other UVI libraries.

Then; how to inform the program on the location of the sound bank? The help page from UVI gives no answer on how to do this and I got no manual or something. The is a UVI folder in my documents contain folders with Falcon data, should I put it there? Otherwise I don' t know how to link the sound bank to the program.

You' re right, it is application support but no such thing either in the library.

Kris75 told me I can put the sound bank anywhere so I found an appropriate location. But now I have to make the link in Falcon so that it locates the bank and can access it.

Got the folder, the picture you sent was helpful John. There' s only one thing, the MacIntosh HD has the library with in it the Application folder. There I found the Falcon folder which contains a default sound bank considering the file extension but no specific sound bank folder. So I just put the Unpacked sound along with the default sound bank in the same folder. That should do the trick.

But now still, how do I access this sound bank in the program??

Wait a minute, this info suggests that I have the UVI workstation installed. Is the UVI Workstation absolutely a must to get Falcon to work?
