Default AmpliTube plug ins fail with Pro Tools 9

I have successfully activated Amplitube Metal, but Pro Tools 9 will not load the that plug in on start up. Pro Tools throws an error: Pro Tools could not load the following plug-ins either because no valid authorization could be found, the iLok key was not connected or the plug-in was damaged:

AmpliTubeMetal.dpm

Move these plug-ins to the "Plug-Ins (Unused) folder

Default Re: AmpliTube plug ins fail with Pro Tools 9

I figured out the problem from another post. Even if the plug-in is authorized in standalone mode, it is not authorized in Pro Tools. I had to run Pro Tools as administrator, walk through the activation, then it worked.
