Must say that this version (2022.9) of the control app is the flakiest yet. Constantly loosing connection with the iPad. Are there any settings I can change to improve the situation?

...in particular what kind of info are you requesting? Running iOS 15.7. Connected to a private WiFi network. IP provided by the DHCP server. No other applications or workstations trying to steal the app. Anything else you can think of?

these types of issues generally fall on network issues. Router configs, poor wifi, etc.

I've had great success with having a dedicated network switch and wifi for my Eucon devices.

is this on the Mac Studio of MPB?

In another thread, it is mentioned that the 10Gbe port on the Mac Studio + current macOS has a bug which interferes with Eucon. If your mac studio is connected to the network via ethernet, that may be the issue. (the solution is to use a ethernet dongle until macOS is fixed if you want a wired connection)

This is all connected to the Mac Studio. Thank you gentlemen for the input. I guess I will hardwire the tablet.

2022.9 had literally nothing changed in it and was only to match the rest of the EUCON family for compatibility so if connection is bad, it must be something else going on. There's a bunch of does and don'ts on this page about halfway down. https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...ontrol-Support
The 10GB port should be OK with EUCON if going into a network switch or router first, it doesn't work plugging directly into a surface as it doesn't support 100m connections anymore.
