Hardware Exchange question
Hi, I have a question. When digidesign says that you have to send your hardware back when you get a new one, does that mean that you have to send it with all the original packaging and manuals + the software? Or just the Mbox in a nicely packed box? Sometime in the future i'll do an Mbox to 002 exchange..I just don't know all the details of the return policy. Like, I bought the Mbox Factory Bundle...I keep all my cd's right? I just send the hardware?

I suggest you email directly to digidesign. I think you dont need original packaging, and just want the stuff to make sure you are not able to use protools with your old gear anymore. But again...email them directly to be sure.
