Fast track ultra dropping out

Hi. Hopefully a simple fix for this but I am yet to find it!

Running Mac 10.10.4, Fast Track ultra 2.3.3

If I leave the monitor and programs open, after some time I can no longer find M-audio as an option for sound in preferences. A restart of the computer fixes the issue.

Hopefully that describes what the issue is. I can try shed some more light if needed. Thanks!
