Scrub/shuttle BUG in Ptle ?

Hello !
Well, I had my first crash today (since June).

While waiting for a customer, I was browsing through the 5.01 addition to the manual, and I tried using the scrub/shuttle LOCK function for the first time, using the START key and numkey 5. Scrub/Shuttle works OK, even at different speeds.
The problem occurs when I press 0 to stop.
This causes PTLE to hang.
I replicated this 3 times, on a session with 6 audio tracks of about 30 secs each.

I was able to minimize the PTLE window and to launch other apps without problems, but had to CTL-ALT-DEL to close PTLE.

Also, I couldn't re-launch PTLE (msg told me "PTLE didn't shut down properly last time - must reboot).
And I couldn't reboot Windows because it wouldn't shut down. It needed a BRS (Big Red Switch) hard shut down. This occured all 3 times.

Did I just stumble onto a bug here ?
Anybody else ? Digi ?

Since we have been unable to reproduce this behavior, coupled with the fact that noone has posted to this thread, I am thinking that this problem is specific to your machine.

-Make sure DMA is enabled for all ATA drives.

-Check for any possible resource conflicts with the Digi001 in Device Mangager. If any devices are sharing resources with the Digi001, disable them (restart Windows) and see if Pro Tools still hangs when in Shuttle-Lock Mode

-Reinstall the Pro Tools software. Open the Add/Remove Programs control panel, remove the Pro Tools System Files, restart Windows and run the Pro Tools LE installer from the CD ROM.
