Default Issues authorizing plugins - help!

I recently purchased a new Mac (8 core) and upgraded to PT 8 HD2 from PT 6 HD1.
I installed the included HD2 bundle but when i launch PT - i an unable to authorize them from my ilok. Can someone tell me how to go about authorizing them?
On a similar note, i had some focusrite and bombfactory plugins for PT6 on my old mac - but seem unable to transfer them over to my new set-up. the focusrite plugin is in my plugin folder, but they don't appear in my input strip.
Any advice would be appreciated. thanks.

Hi,

Did you get an authorization card for your HD2 Bundle? you first need to authorize your ilok so that the appropriate authorizations are on your ilok, before the plugins will work.

For your older PT6 plugins, have you got the latest versions of the plugins for PT8? the older versions won't work on PT8. Some of them might even need a paid upgrade to the latest versions compatible with PT8
