Default Routing Folders on cloud are shared as AUX Tracks.. WHY?

I just created a session and shared it with a co-writer.

Why do folder tracks, when shared, get converted to Aux Tracks??

What version of PT are they running? From the 2020.3/higher Ref Guide:

Sharing Sessions Between Pro Tools 2020.3 and Pro Tools 2019.x
Pro Tools 2020.3 and Pro Tools 2019.x sessions are cross-compatible. However, the following caveats apply:
• Basic Folder tracks are lost, but all member tracks are retained.
• Routing Folder tracks are converted to Auxiliary Input tracks, all member tracks are retained, and all track settings, including input and output routing, are maintained.
