Default PI: same for PTHD 48k session than for 192k session?

Can we imagine that some plug-ins will be smart enough to load themselves in PT HD in their 44 or 48 kHz version (if we choose this sample rate at the beginning of the session-of course) to fit one chip or save DSP usage ? It seems the only way to use C4 for example as Waves say that the new chips are not powerful enough for 96 or 192kHz version (1 plugin per DSP) ?
Does this mean different PT HD version of the same plug in the future? Anyway what a pain in the ass .... or am I completly wrong on everything ?
