Default Help needed with error (1450)???

I have an Mbox running Pro Tools LE 6.7 on my computer. Almost every time I try to load or save the Pro Tools sound check I get error (1450) telling me it "could not complete the save session command because insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service (1450)."

I know I have a computer capable of running PT, but it could be that it is set up improperly. I think the problem may lie in my hard drive partition. My system drive (C) is only 13 GB and is almost full, however, I run PT in a drive (D) with 93 free GB. I was thinking that it may be the lack of space and lack of leftover speed of my system drive (C) that could cause this, but I wanted to get some imput before I decide to reformat my whole machine.

My computer is a Sony Vaio RS-420. 2.8 GHz, 512mb DDR ram, 120GB hard drive, XP Home with SP2.

Thank you very much.

Tyler

That what I said.

I got this error out of the blue.

Plenty of drive space cpu ram etc.

When in doubt reboot.

The error has gone away.

When I got the error I was importing audio.

Still would like to know what digi thinks about this cuz there has not been a response to this thread for almost five years.

Did you guys get this one figured out?

FWIW - A Google search of the error turned up this:

The two causes of this problem are related. The more frequent cause is listed first:
More files are open than the memory cache manager can handle. As a result, the cache manager has exhausted the available paged pool memory.
The backup program has tried to back up a file whose size is larger than the backup API can access on that version of the operating system. This has the same result (that is, the paged pool is exhausted).

From this page:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304101

Since this is an OS related error, it's very likely that you were just out of RAM or some other OS related service was maxed out.
