Default Individual Installers for Creative Collection

Hello All,
I have just completed a clean install of OS 10.6.5, Pro Tools HD9, and the Instrument Expansion Pack.
Since I was installing the Instrument Expansion Pack, I thought it would be a good idea to do a custom install of Pro Tools to not include the Pro Tools Creative Collection of virtual instruments that includes the free versions of Structure and Hybrid.
Now that I'm up and running, however, I would like to individually install Boom, Mini Grand, DB-33, and Vacuum (parts of the Creative Collection that were excluded from my custom install of Pro Tools).
It seems the Pro Tools HD9 installer disc allows installation of all the Creative Collection virtual instruments at once, or none at all.
Searching the Avid website, I can not locate the individual installers for the Pro Tools Creative Collection items.
Does anyone have suggestions?
Thank you.
