Default Re: D-command ES sticky faders

I have a tech buddy who worked on mine a year ago and he figured out a way to use a jumper on each fader. It works perfect now. He could fix one fader for you and you could check it out before doing the rest. I have the carbon faders on a D-command. It drove me nuts for years and now is PERFECT!

Hi,

I just saw this post. Where were the jumpers installed? Can you give details?

Default D-command ES sticky faders

I had lubricated almost all of my 24 faders. The difference was huge. Very lightly with silicon lubricant. Before, I removed all the dust within the fader guides and then with a q tip I lubricated softly all the metal guides
It really gave them new life. By the way, I have a combination of carbon and previous faders.
