Profile, two snake cards and MADI/protools interface.

If I have two snake cards and Madi + Protools cards.
If MADI is in the second slot, will that only be available for channels 49-96 ??

If I am using only channels 1-48, I want to be able to both record to protools and also send a MADI stream to for example OB trucks.

What Pro Tools card you have?
