Re: 7.4 Pro Tools No import video to playlist
Try doing a 'clean uninstall' of every version of Pro Tools that has been on the machine.
IE run the clean uninstall from EACH of the Pro Tools installer disks that've you've ever used on the machine. I think this error comes from a mixture of PT versions. |

Re: 7.4 Pro Tools No import video to playlist
7.4 isn't supported on any version of 10.3, you can only use up to PTLE version 6.9 on the OS you are currently running. You need Tiger (OS 10.4) for compatibility with your 7.4 upgrade.

Re: 7.4 Pro Tools No import video to playlist
So you still never got the 10.4.9 / 7.4 drive working right? You're saying you're using a different drive and PT 7.3 externally and that is working?
There are others having this issue, so if you do find a solution please post it. |

Re: 7.4 Pro Tools No import video to playlist
This sounds like the format of the video causing the problem.
What is the type of video file is it? Re-export, or transcode the video to 320x240 DV Stream, and then import that into Pro Tools. This should work. |
