Changing meter doesn't effect tick-based events
The reference guide states that events in tick-based MIDI tracks will move relative to the sample Timeline when tempo and meter changes occur. It appears that this is true of tempo changes, but not of meter changes. Also, the location of tick-based marker events and of events in the chord ruler are likewise not effected by meter changes.
The attached PDF described in detail how I've come across this, with screen shots documenting the problem. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but AFAICT, changing meter (e.g. from 4/4 to 12/8) has no effect whatsoever on the location of tick-based MIDI event, on bar:beat based memory locations, or on items in the Chord ruler.
