Eucon2022.12 Blank Pages

2022.9 worked fine.

2022.12
All the pages (except for the first page, control lower) are blank on Eucontrol

I have uninstalled and completely removed all things Eucon,
after fresh several restarts and un/installs, at the factory default pages still remain blank.

Appears something went wrong with 2022.12 and the attempt to improve the soft keys.

Stil not sure why more people aren't reporting issues

Mine has worked, and my soft keys transfered over fine. I did back them up beforehand, but didn’t need to restore them.

What macOS? This happens on High Sierra (and guessing lower versions.) Keys still work and clicking on them you can still configure them -- just can't see them on the configuration representation. Looks like High Sierra is nearly dead for Avid. (2022.7 was the last Pro Tools)

I've reinstalled the previous version and it works fine.
I re-tried installing 22.12 but still with blank pages.
have gone back to 22.09.

addendum; while the pages are blank on the Eucontrol software, all the commands are actually there, I just can't see them.

Unfortunatly this is a known issue with Mojavie (which isnt supported anymore). Apple change the way they do background drawing(every other release) and it's hard to keep up, so we have to concentrate on making the the later versions of MacOS work OK.

So under 2022.12, i can use the iPad Dock and S1, the Euconrol software is unusable as all the slots are blank.

Under 2022.9, the Euconrol software is working as normal, however, since I've. updated AvidControl on the Ipad to 2022.12, I can not use the iPad as I can't roll the version back to 2022.9.

Does anyone know how to roll back ipad AvidControl to 2022.9?

NO. They still work. Just not visible on the setup of the soft key. Look at your actual device. It all still works: assignments, colors, everything.
Just can't see the "representation" in Eucontrol. The actual device and buttons still operate.
