Pro Tools Control wont log in

So I bought the Pro Tools Dock and a new iPad.
But I cant use it since the app on the iPad will not let me pass the login page.
As soon as I log in I just get back to the login page.

I have changed the password 3 times and created 2 new accounts. Same thing all the time. I put in my email and password, then I get redirected to the login page.

Any ideas of how to get around this?

Make sure your ipad has the latest OS on it. There was a problem with some earlier versions which blocked some apps if you used Safari.

Yupp,
Just installed the latest iOS and just downloaded the latest version of the app.

I don't even get a message telling me what's wrong. It just reloads the login page.
Quite frustrating ...

What account are you logging into? I just tap the PT Control app icon and it opens. Also, I didn't think that the Dock has been released yet. Also have you installed Eucon 3.3.2. on your computer?

I am logging into my Avid master account. Same as when I log into my account page at avid.com.

I have the Eucon application running on my computer but that does not change anything. Other than when Eucon is running my mouse does not double click. So it's a little bit worse than not working at all.

These are some quite strange problems, I might have elfs in the studio ...

I'm still unclear as to what you are actually doing. Are you trying to log in to your Avid account on the ipad? If so, you do not need to do this to use PT Control. Also you say you have a Pro Tools Dock, but this will not be on sale until July.

I'm just trying to use the Pro Tools control. But I've found a solution.
I made a total factory reset on the iPad, and now it works. So problem solved.
