HD Playback Engine Setup Crashes

Sesions open OK with 3 DSP's any session than opens on 4 or more DSP PB engine setting - Protools Crashes. This just started happening today. Digi Test all PAssed. OSX.2.6 Dual 1 Gig MDD 768 MB RAM. HD w/ 4 Accel & 2 Process.
