Eleven Rack crash

Hi people !

here is my problem.

I ve just got my 11R, the first switch on was fail because I had no sound in standalone mode .
I solved It with a reset !! Good ..

Now, when I plug the 11r to my laptop .(windows 7 64 bits)
the 11r suddenly crashes, that means , after a small clik : no sound anymore, no signal, even in the tuner .
After that I have to reset it to make it works again in standalone mode.

So I ve tried with a mac book pro, no problem everything s working, i v tried with a windows xp, the same no problem.

Does anyone could help ..

I suspect you might have a bad unit. I would look at exchanging it, since you just bought it.
