Help Digi , or anyone , all cards fail DigiTest

Everytime i run digitest ALL CARDS FAIL !!!

In all of the the error is the same : NO TDM CLOCK DETECTED

My System : G4 466 AGP , 256 RAM , OS 9.1 , PT 5.1 ,
FW ext. Drive ( 40 gig ) .

Slot Order : 1) Graphics Card , 2) d24 Card , 3) DSP Farm II Card , 4) DSP Farm II , 5) Adaptec SCSI 2906 Card .

Sometimes it hangs while booting ; also , won´t let me boot from the norton cd , and the eject button in the keyboard , no longer works .

Hello,

Make sure your interfaces are connected and powered on when running Digitest. Also, confirm that the Sync mode on your first interface is set to internal for the test.

Hello , and thanx a lot for replying to my post . I tried that , but i forgot to mention , that everytime i hit run on GigiTest , it tells me the system is misconfigured , and before i run it pressing command + run , there´s an error 1220 in the SCSI Card.Thanx for your patience,i´d appreciate any help in solving this.

Digitest is looking for the SCSI card in the third PCI slot, thats why its giving you the 1220 error. Are the cards working within Pro Tools?

Check the following to make sure your cards are G4 compatible.

d24 compatibility:
-d24 cards that are Rev G (or earlier) will either not be recognized or not function properly (-9162, -6004 errors) when installed in a Power Macintosh G4. Rev G1 adds compatibility with G4 computers. You can verify the revision of your card by locating the letter printed in the lowest oval (there are 3 of them) to the left of the TDM receptacle.

DSP Farm compatibility:
-Verify that your DSP Farm also has the proper revision of PCI Matchmaker chip. Locate the first string of alphanumeric characters under the words “PCI Matchmaker” on the large chip in the center of the card. If the string ends with the letter Q you need to get the card upgraded. QC or QE cards do not need to be upgraded.

Thanx a lot again Mike!
The revision on my d24 card reads "F",so i guess i have to update the chip.I live in Colombia,South America,but i bought my TDM System over the mail,from a guy in the States.What do i do to have my card update,also my software,and have access to the refurbished upgrades?
