digi site lacks core audio driver download for LE 7.4

hi digi...i need to install core audio for my 002. I can play cd's through my mbox, but when i switch to my 002 it wont work. I also own a micro as well, btw. i'm afraid to re-install from my 7.4 disk, which came with my micro purchase...last time i did that i had trouble with some files playing back. can i get just the core audio driver? it's not on your site.

Can you not do this with a custom install using the 7.4 installer? Just uncheck everything except the standalone CoreAudio driver.

If it's 7.4.2pr (Leopard) we're talking about, then you'll have to wait until the final build is released.

I have to say that since I've been forced to use the headphone jack out of my Mac Pro into the ALT inputs on the back of my 002r due to lack of Core Audio support, I don't think I'll be going back to the Core Audio mumbo jumbo. Switching between Pro Tools and other audio sources with a simple touch of a button on the 002r...without quitting Pro Tools? Nice.

I`ve allways run out of the headphone jack of my Mac Pro into ALT MON on my 002..............I can bounce quickly on the fly from a reference track to pro tools......

Works quickly and easily.

tried using the headphone out option, is it ever noisy....interference happens when plugging in stereo plug. is there a way to quiet this down? going thru core audio is dead quiet.
