AAE -9173 after leaving session open

Left session (with very few native plugins) open overnight, came back, cannot play without getting AAE -9173. CPU meter is pinned at 100%. Closing and re-opening session did not help; restarting Pro Tools did. Any ideas?

System: HDX1, Pro Tools 2019.10.0, MacPro5,1 running macOS 10.14.6.

Computer sleep is disabled. Display / hard drive sleep isn't, but I've not usually had a problem with that in the past (and I'd like to put them to sleep!).

Well having hard drives in sleep mode will give you errors sooner or later. Why not turn off the computer overnight if you dont like to have the drives on.

All sleepmodes are a problem and the fact you havent had any issue before is very very lucky!
