Pro tools 11 system restore default

Hello,

I changed the preferances on my pro tools 11 along with the I/O which now i can no longer click on a session. I am barely learning this program can someone guide me to be able to restore pro tools exactly how it was the in the beginning before i started tampering with the software. Theres a pro tools project from kelly malone i wanted to listen but i couldn’t all i hear is digital distortion. Can someone help me . Please email me at [email protected]. Thank you!
