Right, so whether it's a current X Mon, or some future replacement, this is where it'll be controlled from.

I really hope not. V-Mon is great, nothing major I'd ask Paul to change but the controller is the worst laid out design ever. Something with clear larger stem/dim/mute buttons would be great, I'd buy it today.

Thats a step backwards imo.

The monitor section should have been built into S6 - just as it is with d-control/command ... just better.

I heard talk @ AES of the protocol being opened up so that you could have a Cranesong Avocet for example be controlled by S6.

Dave Hill seemed to like this idea.
